Das Afro-Pfingsten Festival veranstaltet vom 1. bis 4. Juni 2017 in der Altstadt von Winterthur 13 Konzerte mit prominenten Bands aus Afrika. Das Gastland ist in diesem Jahr Marrokko.

Reggae, Afropop, Salsa, Weltmusik, etc. werden von Bands wie Nomfusi, Mokoomba, Warrior King & the Rootz Warriors, Macka B & the Roots Ragga Band, Big Youth feat. Jah’Mila & Naya Rockers, Forró Miór, African Salsa Orchestra, Septeto Nabori, Ayekoo Drummers, Saodaj‘, Takeifa, Orchestre Poly-Rythmo und BKO Quintet präsentiert.
